    Registration Information for New Students

    • If you are currently attending a Palm Beach County School District public or charter school, we need:

      • Parent/Guardian's picture ID for identification purposes
      • One of the following DOCUMENTS with parent/guardian name and address
        • Current Valid Vehicle Registration
        • Current Credit Card Statement (may block out account number)
        • Current Utility Bill with BOTH Service Address and Billing Address
        • Current Bank Statement (may block out account number)
      • One of the following DOCUMENTS with parent/guardian name and address
        • Current Palm Beach Property Tax Bill with parent/guardian's property address, indicating Homestead Exemption
        • Current Rental or Lease Agreement with
          • parent/guardian's name, student name, and address
          • manager or owner's name, address and phone number
          • 2 proofs of payment (i.e. cancelled checks)
        • Current Homeowners/Renters Insurance Policy
        • Declaration of Domicile, if just moved into area or living with others (notarized and recorded)
    • Students coming from out of state, out of county or from a private school must provide the following information in addition to the residency information outlined above.

      • Birth certificate, passport, or baptism certificate
      • Immunization record on blue and white Florida Department of Health Certification of Immunization Form 680 (Doctors' offices have these forms.)
      • Current Florida school physical within the last twelve months from the date the student enters school. Physicals must be on a Yellow Florida Department of Health examination form DH304 (Doctors’ offices have these forms).
        • Sports physicals are a separate form. Forms can be printed from the Park Vista website. Completed athletic packets are given to the coach of the sport. 
      • Copy of last report card or transcript showing promotion to 9th grade or high school transcript for upper classmen.

  • Graduation Ceremony Information

    • Each graduate will be given 6 tickets.
    • Additional tickets can be requested at senior checkout on May 16. We cannot guarantee that additional ticket requests will be fulfilled.
    • The tickets will be given to the graduates after the graduation rehearsal on May 20.

    Families with students entering pre-kindergarten through grade 12 have the opportunity to choose from an array of Choice Programs.

About Us

  • The Automotive Service Technology Academy at Park Vista Community High School features 18 full-service auto bays and computer laboratories to prepare students for the automotive industry. Students also get to earn several entry-level industry certifications.
